Hope is known for her unique ability to mesh old school beauty with up to date hair trends. Hope has styled hair for Nicole Miller, top football players, Flyers hockey team players and has styled hair for shows such as "Say Yes to the Dress". Along with 25 years of experience Hope has been nominated for Awards such as North American Hairstylist of the year, Wella colorist of the year and Published in national hair magazines. Hope believes that hair color should be a collaboration between artist and guest and expression of an individual's style.

Michelle brings over twenty years of artistry, precision, and heartfelt connection to every guest experience. A BCIT Cosmetology graduate, she's certified in organic color, lived-in blondes, balayage, extensions, calligraphy cuts, and keratin treatments. Her creative eye and authentic warmth perfectly reflect WAIR's belief in personalized, conscious beauty.

With over three decades of professional experience, Heather specializes in precision haircuts for women, men, and children, along with formal event styling and extensions. Her career has included runway and editorial work, yet her true passion lies in helping clients find styles they love and can easily recreate at home, perfectly aligning with WAIR's philosophy of effortless, everyday beauty.
