Founder and on-site owner Hope Doms brings more than two decades of industry experience to the chair and the classroom. Her work has been featured on television, in fashion and hair publications, and on major industry stages across the country. As a North American Hairstylist of the Year nominee and an educator who has trained over 10,000 stylists nationwide, Hope built Wair Studio on a foundation of mentorship, innovation, and elevated standards.

Using a precision calligraphy pen instead of traditional shears, the hair is cut at a specific angle rather than bluntly.
