Shipping, Pickup, and Local Delivery Policy

In-salon pickup
Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order at Wair Studio Salon, 795 Route 70 E, Marlton, NJ 08053. Pickup is free. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours and we will email you when yours is ready. Please bring your order confirmation.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available to nearby addresses. Enter your address at checkout to see if you are eligible and the delivery fee, if any.
Pickup and local delivery only products
Products from the brands we carry in the salon are available for in-salon pickup or local delivery only and are not shipped. These products are marked on their product page.
Shipped orders
All other products ship from our fulfillment partners.
- Processing time: 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays process the next business day.
- Standard shipping (United States): $8 flat rate, 3 to 5 business days after processing.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.
- Express shipping (United States): $15 flat rate, 1 to 2 business days after processing.
- International shipping: Where available, rates are calculated at checkout. Duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
When a shipped order leaves, we email you a tracking number. Orders with items from more than one partner may arrive in separate packages.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and replace your order where applicable.
