The class is free. Nobody is paid to attend, and nobody pays to attend. Registering is not an application and attending is not a condition of being hired. The models are not paying clients. Attendees are there to learn: they do not assist, they do not cover a shift, and they do not clean up.

What you learn

Hope Doms teaches advanced precision, dry, razor and creative cutting. You work on shape, structure, texture, movement and balance, so you can build a custom haircut for each client.

In Hope's words: "Great haircutting is more than following a technique. It's understanding why and how we cut hair."

Any licensed stylist is welcome. Team members always attend free.

Who teaches

Hope Doms has more than 30 years in the industry as a hairstylist, platform artist and educator. Senior stylists at Wair also teach dimensional color, balayage, blonding, color correction, extensions and specialty cutting.

Wair recently hosted internationally recognized hairstylist and educator Christopher Benson for an advanced haircutting class. New guest educators and their dates are announced here as they are confirmed.
